Fitness + Fun
We will coach your kids through proper movement without load. We warm up, teach skills, complete a “WOD” (workout of the day) and end with a game or challenge. Our goal is to get them excited about exercise, nutrition and overall health + well-being at an early age. Our classes will improve your childs fitness in all 10 areas of: Strength, Conditioning, Speed, Power, Flexibility, Stamina, Agility, Coordination, Balance, and Accuracy.
Example Movements include: squats, deadlifts, presses, cleans, situps, pushups, pullups, burpees, skipping, running, rowing and more!

Our program is open to those who have experience with olympic lifting. If you are brand new, please message us to book a 1-on-1 introductory session before jumping in.
